Kristina C. has been in the dental field since 2011. She graduated from CWI in dental assisting and has been working in Dr. Dave’s Boise office ever since. Kristina quickly became so efficient as a dental assistant that she became a mentor for other assistants joining the team and essential in keeping the office flowing smoothly. She learns quickly and became proficient at managing both the front and back office. When Dr. Dave took over Cascade Dental in 2015, she was the natural choice to manage the dental office. She has a passion for patient care and an eye for efficiency. She also graduated from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh with an Associate Degree in Graphic Design and does dental marketing on the side. She recently had her first baby and loves to travel, go to the movies, play outside, and spend time with friends and family.

Dawn has been in the dental field since 2003 working in Seattle area until 2008. She then moved to Idaho and started practicing here. As a dental hygienist, Dawn is passionate about bringing her patients back to great oral health, maintaining, and educating the community on the importance of oral care and overall health. She has experience in marketing and advertising, personal training and in the dental field with assisting and now hygiene. Outside of the office, she enjoys the outdoors, fishing, mountain biking, paddle boarding, weightlifting and yoga.

keriKERI HIBBARD, RDH – registered dental hygienist

Keri has been in the dental field since 2004. She started her career as a dental assistant and went on to study at Apollo College in Boise where she graduated with an Associate of Science degree in Dental Hygiene in 2005.  Keri takes pride in her job by providing quality cleanings in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Helping her patients maintain healthy beautiful smiles is her goal. She splits her time between Cascade and Eagle, Idaho. You will be sure to see her enjoying the great outdoors when she is not working. She enjoys running, yoga, snow skiing, and boating on Lake Cascade with her family.


Jolinda is a well-known member of the local Cascade community. She has lived in Cascade since 2006. Eight of those years were spent working for the Cascade School. In 2016, we had the privilege of hiring her on as our receptionist. Most of the locals recognize her always happy, smiling face at the front desk and as the first voice when answering the phone. Since working for us she has proven to be loyal and proficient in both the accounting and insurance aspects of her job at the front desk. Her love for continuing her education makes her an invaluable member of our team. When she isn’t working at the dental office or with her husband and their four kids, you can find her crocheting, reading, and doing art.

Kristina R. has lived in Cascade since 2011 and loves it! She grew up coming to Cascade to visit her grandparents and feels it is a privilege to live in such a beautiful place with such a kind and caring community. Kristina attended college at Brigham Young University – Idaho for a couple years taking medical related courses before deciding to get her dental education from Boise State University. She graduated in 2002 as an expanded functions dental assistant. After taking some some time off to be home with her three children, she was excited to return to her passion for dentistry in 2013 and has expanded her dental knowledge to include many modern advances in dentistry. Her favorite part of her job is getting to know the patients, so tell her all your stories – she loves it! When not at the office, you will find her enjoying time with her family. She loves being outside trying out all the fun activities this area has to offer. She also loves to cook and take her camera out to play!

As a 20 year resident of Cascade, Megan feels personally connected to this small-town community and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. Megan has a long history of working in customer service positions where she has placed customer needs as her top priority. Hired in 2016, Megan has shown continued potential as she is learning dentistry with hands on experience. She knows that going to the dentist can cause stress and anxiety which allows her to  provide a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable environment for patients of all ages. She is a hard-working and trustworthy team member. In her free time, Megan enjoys gardening, fishing, has a passion for mushroom hunting, and enjoys quality time with her husband and three kids.
